Intraday malicious virus program: Win32.Loader.kl

Behavior:
This is malicious online game account stealer program.
After being executed, the virus program shall modify Windows system files for accessing online game account of infected computer users and, obtaining screenshot of online game password. Meanwhile, the modified Windows system files shall be auto-loaded together with the online game program of infected computer, then the virus program shall send stolen online game accounts with corresponding password to servers which specified by hackers. Hackers earn profits by selling these stolen online game accounts; so this malicious virus program threatens online game players’ account security seriously.

August 24th, 2010, Rising Cloud Security detected that there were 2,218,570 computers got attacks from malicious URL injection and, RISING has intercepted 95,748 malicious URLs successfully. Meanwhile, 44,034 suspicious URLs were submitted from Rising Cloud Security members.

Solutions:
1. Install Rising Internet Security, or Rising Antivirus plus Rising Firewall, and get update in time.
2. Install Rising PC Doctor, and choose “Leaks” function to check the leaks or vulnerabilities exist on your computer operating system, patch your computer system in a timely manner because many viruses spread by taking advantage of Windows operating system vulnerabilities.
3. Do not browse suspicious websites, and do not run suspicious plugins; turn off or delete unnecessary system services.
4. Do not receive the suspicious file from QQ, MSN, Email, etc.
