Intraday malicious virus program: Worm.Script.VBS.Autorun.be

Behaviour:
This is a malicious Worm virus program which is written by VBS script (Microsoft Visual Basic Script), taking encryption and self-adaption technical method, and spreading through removable devices.
After being executed, the virus program shall hide all file folds of infected computers, and create shortcuts with same name to cheat computer users; so, while computer users click these shortcuts, the virus program shall be loaded automatically. While infected computer system date consists of the same month number and date number, like February 2nd, the CD ROM shall be opened automatically by virus. Also, the virus program shall lock infected computers’ screen with a skeleton picture, and make the infected computer operation speed slow down, or even crashed. So, this malicious virus program threatens computer security seriously.

January 4, 2010 there were 2,157,056 devices got malicious attack via malicious Webpage Horse Hanging tech, and RISING Virus Lab has intercepted 269,768 malicious hyperlinks with webpage Horse Hanging tech. And Rising Cloud Security got 49.906 reports from end users.

Notice: the symbol ‘*’ means a stochastic letter or number.

Solutions:
1. Install Rising Internet Security or Rising Anti-virus, personal firewall, update in time, and at least 3 times per day for updating Rising.
2. Install Rising PC Doctor, and choose “Leaks” function to check the leaks or vulnerabilities exist in your computer operation system, patch your computer system in a timely manner as many viruses spread by taking advantage of the system exploits or vulnerabilities.
3. Do not browse suspicious websites, and suspicious inserter; turn off or delete unnecessary system services.
4. Do not receive the suspicious file from QQ, MSN, Email, etc.
