Behaviour:
After being executed, this malicious virus program shuts down varieties of popular anti-virus software; and downloads varieties of Trojan viruses to infected device. Also, the malicious virus is an account stealer program; it threatens computer security safe seriously.

From March 27 to March 29, 2009, there were 8,399,830 devices got malicious attack via Webpage Horse Hanging tech, and RISING Virus Lab has intercepted 2,326,746 malicious hyperlinks with webpage Horse Hanging tech. And Rising Cloud Security got 69,776 reports from end users.

Solutions:
1. Install Rising Internet Security or Rising Anti-virus, personal firewall, update in time, and at least 3 times per day for updating Rising.
