Nov 18, 2008 one virus needs your attention. It is BNL (Trojan.DL.Win32.Mnless.bnl). The virus spreads through Internet, shuts down varieties antivirus software, and downloads varieties Trojan, viruses from the website which hackers appointed, and run these viruses at local computer. It makes computer users suffer.

Description:
This is a Trojan downloader and spreads combine with other Trojans. after being executed, the virus releases ‘kisawids.sys’, ‘systemIdle.exe’, and ‘Winxp.dll’ files to local device and run the three applications at local device. And the virus shuts down varieties antivirus software and add relevant registry hijack to prevent from scan and check of antivirus. The virus modifies registry startup option to achieve startup with system. also, the virus deletes ‘hosts’ files and send mac address of infected computer to ‘http://XXX/getmac.jsp’ for a virus infection statistics. After being loaded, the virus deletes ‘%systemroot%\system32\down.sys’, downloads virus file with renamed ‘down.sys’ to local computer. And this virus is difficult to be deleted; it brings trouble to computer daily operation.
Anti-virus experts suggest that computer users take the following measures to protect against this virus:
