Rising Alert: Hundreds Thousand Users Suffer Malicious Attacks behind New Flash Player Vulnerability
April 19th, Rising Company announces its second security alert to users around the world, that vulnerability (CVE-2011-0611) of Flash Player program has been exploited by hackers to execute malicious attacks via website of malicious URL injection in large scale. In accordance with Rising Lab statistics report of April 18th, there were more than 1,000 malicious websites of URL injection which exploit this vulnerability of Flash Player to execute malicious inbound attacks have been successfully intercepted by Rising and; there were more than 200,000 users suffered malicious attacks from these websites. Even worse, the infected computers shall continuously suffer infections of different malicious Trojan virus program and; such users would under threats of losing privacy information.
Though Adobe Systems Incorporated has released concerned patch to fix this vulnerability, but there still need time to push this upgrade patch to all end users.
