1. Before you launch any RISING product installation, it is recommended that you download the latest installation package version. Once the download is complete, double-click the downloaded file and the installation process will start.  
3. Please enter your Product Key and User ID when required. 
4. RISING provides free support for users. Please visit our Rising Support centre for any questions.
