Dear RISING users, 

 

Existing users include users of Rising Antivirus 2007, Rising Antivirus 2006, Rising Personal Firewall 2007, Rising Personal Firewall 2006.

 

These users can still upgrade their Rising software to 2008 release. However, licenses of previous releases of Rising software cannot apply to new 2008 installation package. This means if a user needs to newly install or reinstall Rising software with the 2008 installation package, he/she cannot use this old license to register the software.  

 

Solutions:

1.Upgrade your previous release of Rising Software to 2008 release.

 

       Or

 

2. If you need to install Rising software with 2008 release installation package, you can request a new license from Rising Antivirus International P/L. To request a new license, you need to prepare your email address and your current license information which include the Product Key and User ID, and  click here to submit your request.
