Anti-virus experts suggest that computer users take the following measures to protect against viruses, worms, Trojans and other malicious threats:
1. Do not open suspicious mail and suspicious websites.
2. Turn off or delete unnecessary system services.
3. Patch the system in a timely manner as many viruses spread by taking advantage of the system exploits or vulnerabilities.
4. Install anti-virus software for real-time monitoring and protection.
5. Enable auto-protect function when accessing to the internet. 

Anti-virus experts suggest that Rising Anti-virus software users take the following measures to protect against this virus:
